If I am an out-of-network provider, you can still use your insurance benefits to reduce the cost of therapy—without the hassle of submitting claims yourself. I partner with Thrizer, a service that makes it easier for you to get reimbursed for therapy sessions.
How Thrizer Works

Pay Only Your Reduced Rate – After reaching your deductable, instead of paying my full session fee upfront, you’ll only pay your portion (the amount you owe after insurance reimbursement).

Thrizer Handles the Claims – Thrizer will immediately pay me in full and then file the insurance claim on your behalf.

Reimbursement Goes to Thrizer – Your insurance company will send the reimbursement directly to Thrizer, so you never have to wait for a check or deal with claim submissions. ​

Know your costs upfront – Thrizer estimates your out-of-pocket costs before you start.

Out-of-network benefits can be done without using a company like Thirzer, but this process typically takes about 6 weeks per claim. If you choose this option, a Superbill will be issued to you monthly.
